Diverse Development Leadership

Leadership & Approach

DDLLC is built around a core executive and field team with experience in development, design-build delivery, construction management, field supervision, administration, and mission-support work.

At the center of that team, Paul D. Santillanes brings a military construction and mission-support background that includes service with the U.S. Navy Seabees, qualification as a Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist, and service as executive officer of a Patriot missile battery in the U.S. Army National Guard.

The DDLLC Approach

Understand the mission, define the requirement, sequence the work, control the risk, and keep the project moving.
